While Deathbird Earth was recording their first album, “Objective Consciousness”, they wanted to have a couple songs with some different dynamics and feel. They reached out to Philadelphia’s experimental instrumental duo, Planet-Y to come do a collaboration in the studio. Instead of the two or three minutes desired they ended up with forty minutes of music. They decided to release a limited tape and LP of the material.
